ADMINISTRATIVE
MANAGEMENT

We are the unique interface representing all third parties and service providers involved with your property (syndic, companies, diagnosticians...).

We deal with any disputes or requests made by the tenant.

We renew or, as the case may be, terminate the lease.

SHOULD YOUR TENANT LEAVE...

We conduct an inventory.

We return the security deposit, minus any deductions (in the event of damage to property, regulation of expenses...).

We arrange for maintenance repairs and take care of payment.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

We issue rent receipts every month/quarter and collect the security deposit, rent and other charges.

We settle the co-ownership charges, regulate expenses and take care of income tax returns.
